Yes, The Local House has been Italian-owned and operated since 2012. An Italian real estate investor fell in love with this Ocean Drive property during the 2009 financial crisis and has dedicated years of passion to make it what it is today.

Brunch is served daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Dinner service runs Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Happy Hour is Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Is parking available at The Local House?

Yes, valet parking is available for $45/night for hotel guests. We also partner with nearby parking garages for self-parking options. Street parking with meters is available on surrounding streets.
